The story chronicles the Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative reporting of Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein from the Woodwards’ initial report on the Watergate break-in through the resignations of H. R. Haldeman and John Ehrlichman, and the revelation of the Nixon tapes by Alexander Butterfield in 1973. It relates the events behind the major stories the duo wrote for the Post, naming some sources who had previously refused to be identified for their initial articles, notably Hugh Sloan. It also gives detailed accounts of Woodward’s secret meetings with his source Deep Throat whose identity was kept secret for over 30 years. Only in 2005 was Deep Throat revealed to be former FBI Associate Director W. Mark Felt.

I put book in capital letters because most sites talk about the movie, not the book.
The movie is true to the book. It’s all journalistic research and no ‘artistic license’ was taken. The book is dry because of its journalistic approach. Rent the movie and you’ll understand the trail of logic they were following to get to the conclusion.
I know “Jaws”, “Back to The Future” and “All the President’s Men” so well that I can pass one of those online movie trivia test almost 100%.

I’ve heard that there was either a remake of the movie that is already out of they are currently making it. Is this true?

I am doing a project on Woodward and Bernstein and was planning on creating a montage with commentary from All the President’s Men, but I can’t seem to get the movie into any editing programs.
I have access to both a mac and a pc, and any advice would be appreciated.
Now I’m not sure because I don’t use iTunes, but I’m pretty sure the DRM labeled Music and Movies you get off iTunes can’t be edited or the like, because of Copyrights and whatnot. That’s why I go for DRM-free stuff at Amazon and whatnot.

MY fav was “Grapes of Wrath” starring Henry Fonda - about the “Depression” of the early 1930’s in the US. AWESOME movie !
It’s about a group of scientists who find a way for people to jump into other people’s dreams, and actually control their dreams. One man gets really good at it and starts to abuse his power, using it for evil purposes.
The others try to find a way to stop him, and there is some kind of plot for this man to jump into the U.S. President’s dreams, to control him and make him go crazy or something.
This movie probably came out in the late 1980s.
