The original book was a collection of short stories some of them with Susan Calvin.
I am not sure if the book you are looking at is a novelization of the movie or the original book with a movie cover.

I remember watching this movie as a little kid. it was about some robot that looked like a teenage boy…i cant remember much about the first but there was a sequel where he fell in love with a girl robot and had to save her…i think the movie was made in the eighties/early 90’s. anyone know the name?

This couple wanted a son (i think) and the husband decided to get a robot boy or android. Later on in the movie the robots were sent to be destroyed and the boy was looking for his mother the whole time i think

I loved that movie. I think Will Smith was great in it and the special effects were awesome. Its pretty hard to imagine life changing that much in one lifetime, but you never know. Like the cars that get hung up at that building? Really neat, but hard to imagine.
Doctor created many advanced robots, kind of like RT-DT, but they all became dangerous and enemies, they would kill the doctor and people. I remembered the doctor had famous cool name.

For some reason i love that leather jacket, and i can’t seem to find one that looks even somewhat like the jacket. It is shiny, but not too much, and it goes around 2/3 of the way down the body. My friends are trying to describe a movie that they’ve all seen but none of them know the name of. Apparently this guy builds a robot in a big workshop that was filled with mechanical legs and body parts and stuff. So this robot reads books REALLY FAST, and he’s always saying “more input. more input”. And there’s these guys, chasing after them, and the robot’s like “no disassemble”. So… anyone know the name of this rediculous sounding, probably made for TV movie?

Well, I used to watch the Not Quite Human movies on the Disney channel. Alan Thicke played a scientist who created a “son” who was really a robot. In Not Quite Human II, the son fell in love with another robot. I don’t remember any other details, except the son Chip went to high school and had a human sister. Maybe that’s it?
I forgot the name of this movie that is about robots that look exactly like humans and are programed to interact with them. There is a boy robot who is bought to replace an actual son that might be brain damaged, but then almost drowns the kid, so the mother takes it to be decomissioned, but she sets the boyy robot free… anybody know which movie this is?
