the movie isn’t as good as i thought it would be. i don’t remember what the rating was for the movie, but i’m giving you a heads up, if you see it you might get disappointed, the movie wasn’t that good.
What did the red cardinal optic toy symbolized between Ichabod and Katrina?
The symbolism in the film is linked nicely to some of its major themes, while at the same time it creates a deep emotional tie between Ichabod and Katrina. Ichabod’s talisman, a two-sided card with a red cardinal on one side and a cage on the other, was given to him by his mother. The cardinal represents his mother, a free and beautiful bird, while the cage represents the evil men who executed her as a witch. When Ichabod comes across a dead cardinal in a witch’s cave, he recognizes it as an omen.

I really like Sweeny Todd, because, athough he is totally messed up, it has a good lesson in it. Not recommended while eating! LOL
I was just watching it and at the end like the girl drew pink thing and i guess it was an “all seeing eye against evil spirts?” and when he sleeps he always has these dreams about his mom? AHHH!! i got so into this movie and then the screen paused for like 10 seconds in the most intense part and i missed a lot hahaha thanks for your help with my dilemma!! haha (:
OOOOOH I love that movie….Johnny Depp is amazing!!! The stepmother was one of the little girls from the beginning who gave the Horseman’s location away. When he was killed, she dug up his skull and that’s how she controlled him. In the end, Katrina, Ichabod and the boy foundhis grave by the tree and were able to get the skull from the stepmother and control the horseman to kill her instead. Then, Katrina and the boy move to New York with Ichabod when he leaves. It is best for you to see it though….rent it!!!

No it’s not scary, but it is kind of gory.
