AMC has a commercial currently for a movie called “Two Weeks Notice” or something, and the guy singing it at the end sounds a bit like that guy from The Fray. What is that song? It’s killing me not to know it.

I am currently working at a theater and i have been working there for a couple of months now. I did leave a two weeks notice but yeaterday i changed my mind and told my city manager that i wanted to go ahead and stay untill i find my next job.He let me stay there longer. Should I continue to stay there untill i find another job??because it is an easy job. It gets busy sometimes and there are lots of ghetto people that go in there complaining but i don’t want to quit that job that is like the easiest job that i have had so far.what do you think???????give me some advice and no rude comments.
It is always smart to find a new job before you quit one you have.
Think of it from the viewpoint of the employer deciding who to hire: someone who is obviously dependable enough to hold down a job because they are currently employed somewhere else OR someone who “says” they quit the last job to find a better one.
And, think of it from a $$ viewpoint: if it takes a little longer to find a job you would really rather have, you won’t be broke in the meantime.
